BLUUBEAUTY Luxury Visuals offers Commercial and Editorial Photography and Media Production services. We may modify or discontinue services at any time without notice. Clients must use our services only for legal purposes and comply with all applicable laws.

Client Responsibilities Clients must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Clients must sign a service agreement before securing their appointment. Clients are responsible for storing and backing up images. BLUUBEAUTY Luxury Visuals is not liable for loss or damage of media after delivery. Images are archived 30 days after delivery, and retrieval will incur a processing fee. BLUUBEAUTY Luxury Visuals is not responsible for providing any more deliverables than what is agreed upon during the transaction/ consultation and what is stated in the required signed service agreement.

Payment and Fees Prices may change without notice. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the transaction or consultation. A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to secure an appointment. The balance must be paid before or on the day of the appointment. All payments and retainers are non-refundable.

Cancellation and Refunds A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to secure an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling may incur a rescheduling fee. After two reschedules, clients may forfeit all fees and retainers at BLUUBEAUTY Luxury Visuals discretion. All retainers, fees, and payments are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, and designs, are the property of BLUUBEAUTY Luxury Visuals and its owners and are protected by law. BLUUBEAUTY Luxury Visuals retains all copyrights to all media and artwork created during all sessions and appointments. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal or commercial purposes. All media/ artwork are post-processed at BLUUBEAUTY Luxury Visuals’ discretion and are final. Alterations by clients require the BLUUBEAUTY Luxury Visuals permission. Client grants BLUUBEAUTY Luxury Visuals the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of Client taken during the session for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium.

Limitation of Liability BLUUBEAUTY Luxury Visuals is not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services.

Indemnification Clients agree to indemnify and hold BLUUBEAUTY Luxury Visuals harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of our services or breach of these terms.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of New York State.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
